Welcome to Mobile Recharge AE. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mobile Recharge AE's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Mobile Recharge AE's website or mobile application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials;
Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Mobile Recharge AE's website or mobile application;
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our services, you may need to register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Mobile Recharge Services

Mobile Recharge AE provides a platform that allows users to recharge mobile phones with various UAE telecom operators. By using our recharge services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You are responsible for providing accurate information, including mobile numbers and recharge amounts;
Mobile Recharge AE is not responsible for any errors or issues caused by incorrect information provided by you;
While we strive to process all recharges instantly, some transactions may take time to complete due to technical or operational reasons;
All recharge transactions are final and non-refundable, except in cases of processing errors attributable to Mobile Recharge AE;
We are not responsible for any issues with the telecom operator's service after the recharge has been processed.

5. Payment and Fees

When you make a payment through our platform, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the amount specified in your transaction. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors, and we do not store your full payment details on our servers.

6. Refund Policy

In general, all recharge transactions are final and non-refundable once processed successfully. However, in the following cases, you may be eligible for a refund:

If your payment was processed, but the recharge was not completed due to a technical error on our side;
If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction;
If there was a significant delay in processing your recharge (more than 24 hours) without notification.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date through our customer support channels with all relevant transaction details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mobile Recharge AE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

The use or the inability to use the service;
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
Statements or conduct of any third party on the service;
Any other matter relating to the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Changes to Terms

Mobile Recharge AE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
